How will I know if my product is on backorder?
If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it.

How long will I have to wait for my backordered item?
Backorder times vary widely depending on the the item that you have ordered.  Some backordered items may ship as quickly as 10-15 days from order date.  Many items however are subject to factory product build cycles and may depend on availability of certain woods, and may take 1-4 months.  Custom shop orders can take 4-9 months.

How long does a backorder remain active?
Backorders remain active unless the item becomes unavailable.  If this happens, we will automatically cancel the item and notify you.

My backordered product is on sale for less than at the time I purchased it. What happens?
If our price drops at the time of shipment, you will automatically pay the lower price.
